ABOUT US

Dr. Carter is a lifelong resident of Monroe County. He received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1991. Two days after receiving his degree, he returned to Monroeville and has served his patients here with loyalty and care ever since.
